My friend can play the Jazz.

I went to this show last night, well, let’s say a performance.  No question that it’s art.  Music, but art.  Where’s the performance in visual art?  Is it whenever someone walks by a piece of graffiti?  I guess that means there are several different interpretations, but rarely a communal applause.  “Das Publikum” is a bit more dispersed, and the creation of the performance is generally a private thing done by the artist.
