Graveyards.
In Germany, as well as in Switzerland, many graves exist only for a certain length of time. After 25 years, the gravesite is reclaimed and has the potential to be resold to the next habitant. I find it sort of strange that it’s not more long term, but i guess i don’t plan on being eternal either, so whatever. Save the space. This graveyard however, is much more long term.
