Parker’s Ridge.
We hit up Parker’s Ridge in Banff National Park this weekend. We were a little disappointed to find out that they had expanded the trail into a freeway, but due to the questionable weather, there was no one else on the trail. Afterwards we stopped off in the Kootenay Plains – amazing what an isolated miniclimate it is in there, completely dry and almost sunny, the opposite of the Parks only 30 km away.
