Mangatainoka.
Recent trip to the Mohaka River and Mangatainoka Hot Springs had us not only bathing in the pools but also checking out gloworms and even a rare Whio (Blue Duck) of which there are only ca. 2500 left in New Zealand (and the world). They are one of four duck species worldwide that spend their entire lives in rivers and, amazingly, the only species in their genus.
